"Ordered a door . Was delivered damaged. Took 2 weeks and numerous calls to get them to pick it up. Now waiting on a refund one month later. Call their number, get a 3rd world call center telling me I’ll get my refund in 3 to 5 weeks. We did our refund yesterday, but it did require another phone call."

"Terrible staff had an 8am appointment upon arrival they tell me that they have no appointment scheduled for me and that they’re appointment only and that they can’t unload my live load till next week… one call to the broker and magically now have doors open for me. The guy in the front office hates his job for sure"

"Arrived at 4:50am for appointment at 5:00am they open the receiving office at 6:00am give me a door 29 in the other side of the building and is now 1:00 pm in they haven’t touched me at all."

"Easy check In process for delivery but the idea that they can't intake loads early is ridiculous. The warehouse is half empty and they demand a driver wait 24 hours at the 7/11 down the road. Sad what this industry is becoming."

"Easy check-in, fast unload. Receiving is between Veritiv & HD Supply buildings. No sign for HD Supply, they say they've ordered them. Office is far end. Shipping is opposite side of building, at end of street."
