"I was here since 930am and was told I would get my full set and pedi. I was almost done with my pedicure and the only one that could do a full set walked in and took someone before me. The two ladies even tried to explain I was there first and was almost done with my pedicure so I can get my full but she ignored them. I will never go back!!!"

"The tech did my pedicure, but I also wanted mani. Someone who was late for her appointment, came in. Almost instantly the tech ditched me and begun working on the lady. I couldn't believe it. I wanted both sets if my nails to be the same color, so I wound up giving myself the color. Unreal. I don't think I will be back. NO. I think they should have more nail techs there, rather than 1."

"Mediocre nail service. The nail technician had shaking hands making it impossible to perform her job, which requires extreme precision. The nail polish residue I had in my nails prior to service was not cleaned or removed. The clear gel nail polish applied to my nails came in contact with the skin leaving the skin attached to the nails. I asked the nail technician to remove the gel nail polish but she was not able to. In addition, the nail cuticle was unevenly cut due to the nail technician's shaking hands. I asked to speak to a manager and the owner. It turned out the nail technician doing my nails was the manager and owner. She could not resolve the issue. Edit....Dear Regal Nails, Salon & Span OWNER, in response to your comment below, I will not give you the chance to turn my experience around. Luckly for me, my Citi credit card refunded my money after I reported your business. I will continue to spread the word around about the mediocre service I received to all my friends and family. Happy holidays!"
