"Came in last week for a dip manicure and gel pedicure. My experience in the salon was good, however within 3 days my dip nails started chipping. (I should’ve called the salon immediately, but I had family in town for my daughters birthday, and new I couldn’t return again to get them fixed last week.) Usually, my dip manicure lasts 3 weeks, and while my nails look grown out by then, the polish typically is not chipped. Now a week later, I’ve broken 2 nails and almost every other nail has chipped polish. I’m not sure the level of product they are using, but for my nails to look as bad as they do after a week of service is crazy to me and a waste of money/time. I usually go every 3 weeks and now I’m going to have to go elsewhere way sooner. For the record, I’m a stay at home mom, so my nails have not been in any type of hard conditions where they would break and chip easily. Very disappointed."

"I recently discovered this nail salon; but it was right here in my community. My 1st visit was impromptu and a "walk-in" for late in the afternoon (30 minutes before closing): I was hesitant, but they didn't disappoint. I needed a good pedicure for an upcoming trip; the tech assigned to me was very attentive. She was patience and courteous without making me feel rushed, nor were any of the staff with their customers, I had noticed. So for, I may have made 4 visits and each time with different techs and its a win, each visit for me. Thanks!!!"

Philip was my name tech and he was great! His personality was the best! He made me laugh and feel comfortable. I will surely return again for more self love and care. An amazing establishment from the phone call to make an appointment to getting my nails done."
