"I used to go to this salon years ago when it was under different ownership. I decided to bring my daughter in for a full set as it’s very close to my home. The technician that did her nails was so unfriendly. He got visibly upset when I asked if he could change the way he did her French tip. Very simple fix but he was so frustrated afterwards. Also, the way he would just throw her hands after some problems he was having with the uv light was unacceptable. Sadly we won’t return."

"i’ve been going here for years. a lot of the technicians have left, and this recent experience was not great. my nail artist was okay, the design i got wasn’t exactly as neat as the picture shown but that’s alright. i was charged $76 for sns with a small design, and i tipped. besides the prices rising to a horrendous amount, the nails popped off within a week. sns usually lasts me three to four weeks. for charging $76 they should not pop off like press ons after only a week. i had to buy nail glue to attempt to fix this mess since i’m on vacation. i also cut and filed them in hopes they wouldn’t break again and then ANOTHER ONE popped off…0/10 DO NOT come here! why am i paying $76 for nails that just pop off like nothing? i would be better off using press ons for $8. skip this salon."

"A friend recommended Creative Nails, I've been there 3x now and will continue. The ladies that work here are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and very efficient. They manage their time extremely well. I've had both manicures and a pedicure and have been exceedingly happy each time. I used to dance with a ballet company so plenty of calluses on my feet. Typically a pedicure has lasted a few days. Last time I went I got the Signature Pedicure, it's been at least a week and no calluses. Definitely recommend."
