"I am so grateful for Sean! I lived in Ocoee and Sean did my nails for almost a year. I moved to Brandon (Tampa area) in May, I have tried 7 places and let’s just say I was NOT happy! No one knew how to do the ombré look with dip, nails would pop off with in a week, was cut BAD with the file, and two nails turned green due to water getting into them. I was in town visiting my kids for the holiday and Sean had an opening. I was so extremely happy cuz it was a last min appointment. Thank you Sean once again for making me so happy with my nails!"

"I went yesterday to do my nails and usually I don’t ever ask for my nails to be fixed but I had to call when I got home because my nails had dust all under the polish, the chrome was filed to remove some dust and the nails were uneven and gel all around my nails it looks like my nails were done a week ago but they’re a fresh set. Today I went back and waited for 40 mins even though my appointment was at 1130. The same mistakes that were made yesterday were made today. They kept asking if it’s okay but if I came in for the same problems why would you ask me if it’s okay now ? You could look at my nails and clearly see the dust and where they filed to get the bigger clumps of dust off and then didn’t even bother to fix it AGAIN. The owner gave me 10% off my next service but that doesn’t fix anything. As a business owner you’d think he would look at the nails himself to make sure it was done correctly but maybe that’s just the way I think. There are workers in there who are amazing my nieces got their nails done yesterday with me as well and it came out pretty good. My experience just happened to be the opposite."

"I regret to inform you that this will be my inaugural and concluding visit to your establishment. Unfortunately, my regular nail technician was unavailable, prompting my decision to seek services here. I had intended to receive a French tip fill and acrylic toe treatment. Regrettably, my nails did not meet the desired outcome; they turned out significantly thicker, reminiscent of Steve Harvey's teeth. Consequently, I opted to forgo the pedicure, retaining only the hand treatment. Moving forward, I will continue entrusting my nail care needs to my established technician on the east side."
