"As a paint contractor, I use this store almost daily. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The manager, Miguel, is always ready to help me with whatever I need. They almost always have the items I need in stock, and if they are out, they help get them at either another store or ordered for in this store. Thanks to Miguel's professional attitude, I will continue to come here whenever I need materials, which is often!"

"Attitude was terrible ! Definitely not worthy of any business ! Store manager didn’t acknowledge anything I said , let alone help at all, I was asking for a simple retail price and got hung up on instead. I get it’s NEAR the end of the day and all but geez he sure didn’t care !!"

"Purchased Minwax stain from this location, the color had to be mixed by the employees. The color was supposed to be habitat which is a brownish color. The stain came out completely grey on both pine and oak samples. The white cloth used for application was also grey. Returned to the store with pictures and the employees agreed the color was incorrect. They tried to adjust the color stating this was a “hale marry” and if it didn’t workout, I could have a refund. I tested the new sample and it was a deep dirty brown. When I returned to the store, the same employee from earlier informed me that the stain was non-returnable. Not sure if the color error was an employee mistake or a machine glitch. What I do know, is a retail mistake should not cost me money. Something similar happened once before at this location. I ordered a 5 gallon bucket of white semigloss for interior trim and doors. Unfortunately I didn’t realize that the gloss was missing from the bucket until the painters had painted the entire half of my house. I still have the almost empty bucket that clearly says semigloss and contains a flat paint. On a positive note, the employees were nice. Seeking a refund for the stain that I purchased."

"I own Emerald Coast Painters here in Navarre Florida and we buy thousands of gallons of paint a year. This is my home store, and I shop here daily. The manager Garrett is great! The staff is very friendly and they always have my orders ready quickly. The staff will answer all my questions and will go above and beyond when it comes to customer service! The store manager Garrett has been great to work with over the last several years! I hope he never leaves! The store delivers my orders which helps me tremendously with my busy schedule, I appreciate all they do to help me operate my business smoothly day to day!"
