"Went there and the lady told me I needed a new alternator and when I went to get it replaced with my mechanic he said my alternator is fine and my battery was the problem. People make mistakes I get it but man it would have been good to know what the problem was before I got my car towed"
"My daughter and I went in to have a code read on her car. The guy that read the code gave us the number and said it was a transmission error. Went to a transmission shop and said there was no transmission code error. Yes the error hadn’t been cleared. What a waste of time."

Not sure how they stay in business when you can just go down the street and get the same part for the same price. Customer service at this store is terrible. The person that hung up on me said that she was a manager and had no boss. They will lie to you."
