"I cannot say enough good about The Coral Door!!! They are professional, talented, and very efficient!! Shopping here is always a pleasure and enjoyable!! The associates are over the top on knowledge and kindness!! Over Christmas they were used for shipping at least 50 packages for myself and my employer and their service was prompt and to perfection!! They saved me from long post office lines and all packages arrived in a timely manner!! Thank you, Coral Door and team!! You are simply the best!! Dependable, caring, and get the job done!! "To the person who wrote the one star review do you realize that the delivery of your package had nothing to do with the shop? Ask yourself how was the shop? Did they help you? Were they pleasant? Did you find what you liked? I think you did. Giving a one star review to a shop because your delivery was late is not their fault. I have been in that store several times and used their shipping as well as purchased merchandise. The women who work there are delightful. The owner,Angie did not deserve that. I highly recommend this beautiful shop! Give it another try."

"I‘m more than disappointed with The Coral Door. On December 11 I purchased 4 plates for over $75 total and was offered the option to have an employee pack and ship them that same day. The clerk advised it would be even better to pay a little extra to ship FedEx which I agreed to and paid $32 for shipping. This was a special gift for my best friend of 56 years and I felt great about sending this special gift. As of today , December 27, the box is still not shipped. When I called Coral Door just now I was told I would have to talk with Angie who will be back on January 2. The shop is cute but I have never had an experience like this and advise you to try Pizazz in Gulf Breeze instead. Let me add I have never sent a review before but felt this negative experience needed to be shared."
