"Ordered a large load of lumber, was told a good chance of a Thursday afternoon delivery as I said I was in a pinch, however worse case was Friday morning. As of Friday night no load of lumber, no phone call, no refund and no return follow up call after my Friday afternoon call asking when it would be delivered. I got the we will check status and give you a call right back. Closed on the weekend so right back must mean best case in 3-4 days. Lost all of my contractor orders, hope it was worth it."
"We ordered some 2x4's and 2x6's on Friday. Didnt get them until Monday, and we are only about 4 miles away!! Half of them were not straight. There were bends and curves on at least 14 boards. I complained about it and they did send out replacements that were straight the next day. So I have to give them credit for that."
"You deserve ZERO stars. What is your business model....let's NOT be open on Saturdays, when MOST people are doing home projects? What a STUPID policy!!! That's like saying my church is closed on Sundays!! Don't expect to ever see me again! My business belongs to Ace Hardware and Home Depot."
