"My clothes dryer was getting super hot. Everything worked except the heat regulator. He pulled the dryer out away from the wall and took the dryer vent off and said see if that works! Never looked to see if inside of the dryer to see if a part needed replaced. Well, it's still over heating. He was here tops 15 minutes and I was charged $98.95. I could have pulled it away from the wall myself. Very disappointed."

"Wonderful dealing with owner (AL) and service technician (Blair). On time, professional, gave me great information and had the refrigerator repaired sooner than I thought. A new fan motor needed to be ordered and it arrived overnight and they called and had it repaired that morning...originally thought I would have to wait days. Highly recommend DO NOT use Pristine Appliance (Andy) Had to call twice because they did not call me back. Did not show up when they said they would and did not call to advise me they would not be there. When I called to see if they were coming...no answer and no return call so now I was stuck over a holiday weekend with no refrigerator. Never even called on Tuesday to see about doing the repair. Don't waste your time with these shmows."
"Very honest people!!! You won’t ever have to worry about losing money. Amazing staff, were super understanding with what was wrong with my fridge and immediately decided to come give it a look the next day. Came in on time before me and my family headed to work. The guy was super honest and told us it be best if we invest in a new fridge instead of wasting money for a fridge that won’t be guaranteed to be fixed. Definitely saved us money and explained to us very well what the problem might be.. will be investing on a new fridge. Definitely recommend the place !"
"Absolutely LOVE them and all they bring to our small gem of a town, which is hard to find! They have been fixing ALL my husband's tools and ALL his company's tools for many years. They have been very unselfish through the past and now through the present hurricane season because all Al worries is about us (the local guys) the local contractor's tools, so we can get them fixed so we can make our small community great."
