"I do not recommend this agency to buy flights. This person does not speak clearly nor does he return the money as he should. Before assigning tickets to the passengers, he deposited the money that was paid to him on the precise date and time he requested it in a fund. Then he didn't want to return it because he supposedly has the Zelle account available to receive, but not to send, and also until he resolved personal problems. I don't think it's very professional."
