"We used Majesty Travel to send money to friends in Cuba who were in need during the pandemic and they never sent it to them. We used their serviees before with no issues. So when this happened we were in complete shock. They stole around $700 that was meant to send to the people in need in Cuba. We tried to call them, send them messages for months. Finally we got a response that they were refunding the money but here we are many months later and still have not received our refund."
