"For many years I have sent packages through this agency, but today I left disappointed by the slowness of all the staff and the lack of respect of the fake blonde with long flowing hair who occupies the desk on the left, on one occasion she told me a price of pounds of package above the price that they had given me that same day by phone and today she wanted to open the aluminum seal of a can of powdered milk, claiming that clients cheat the agency and she had to open the can originally sealed to check that there was nothing else inside. I imagine he was going to put his finger in the milk or a stick to verify that it was all milk. A total lack of respect and the desire to lose a customer, because we will never return there again, nor will we recommend it to anyone."
