"They do great work and are very professional. We have been working with Central Heating Consultants for 10 years and have never been dissatisfied with their work. Watch out though, if you don't live in Tallahassee, you will get hit with a new $25 service fee. I live 40 minutes from tallahassee and feel the fee is excessive especially considering that I have always allowed Central to schedule appointments with people who live near me and either early in the morning or late in the afternoon. Their service techs could come early before going to other locations or late on their way home. Then last year they started charging the service charge."

He earnestly listened to my description of what was going on with the heating system. He answered all of my questions regarding the initial reason for the visit and additionally answered questions and offered advice on several other topics. He assisted me with opening air vents that were difficult to pry open and put a screw in a vent that was missing one. Thank you Central Heating and Air for another job well done! "Very poor quality of work. Central put in two units last year. The units have stopped working on different occasions one flooded my ceiling. Central workers don’t police and clean behind themselves. We had no heat when winter started. We had installation inside of a unit. Central did not seal an air handler. The Freon meter did not work or does not work now. Central told my wife parts would be in today. Well today came and the answer is we might have the part in two or three days. One or two times would not be a problem; Central have came out to my home 7 or more times. Now I’m upset and asked to speak to the owner they will not pick up the phone. Why would a company tell you not to be upset when they keep failing a customer. You got paid why you can’t pay me with quality work. Stop getting upset with the customer, when your end is wrong. Put yourself in his or her place. This is something owners don’t do anymore. Your team is not always right"
