"My son in law Shaun and I spent a fantastic 6 hours with Danny on the "Flats" trip on 11/3/23. Danny picked us up right on time at the public launching ramp in Placida. Danny had obviously been on the water well ahead of picking us up, as he had two live wells filled with live bait for our day. Shaun and I are both experienced fishermen, but we had never fished the Boca Grande back water and we sincerly appreciated Danny's patience as he got us started with techniques that proved very successful over the course of the day. We lost count of the Redfish and Snook we caught. I would guess somewhere between 60 and 80. Shaun caught a Snook that was 38-40" and was beyond thrilled. You could book with other charters, but do yourself a favor and book with Danny. I would find it hard to beleive that there is anyone in the area with knows the waters better, and has the abilty to find the fish the way Danny does. As a side note, Danny takes great care to be sure that each fish is released without harm. He was careful to take Shaun's big snook for a brief ride away from a dolphin that was looking for an easy meal. See you again next year Danny, and thanks again."

"Capt Danny knows these waters. He got us started on two large Tarpon rightly away. We battled some weather and then be put us on another large group. He wasn’t afraid to move around to find the Tarpon and try different bait. Will definitely fish with him again."
