"This was our 1st Vacation with Nilesh as we had come through a friends referral. I would say the experience we had was very professional and in many cases he went above and beyond answering calls, questions on a weekend as well. We booked a cruise for 3 families (10 people) through Nilesh and he helped us with the best price, helpful tips of Do's and Dont's, answered all our queries in time and even followed up on the day of the cruise and the day after the cruise. Thats more than any travel agency would give you. On a side note the price he offered for the cruise was better than the website prices plus he gave us an additional $$ onboard credit which was amazing."
