"Called for a couple days and the mailbox was full. Decided to go out there anyway because it wasn’t to far. My son and drive up and no-one is there anymore. They need to change the website to CLOSED or MOVED. You can still go out and put your own kayak in but no rentals :("

"It was our first time ever kayaking, and Gina made everything so easy. She gave us a short lesson and some tips on do’s and don’ts, and we were off! We paddled against the current and then when we felt like we were done (about two hours later) we came back. Park at the parking lot and take a 1 minute walk to the end of the road where you will find a trailer full of kayaks and gear, and someone around to help. Paddles were provided as well as life jackets. The earlier the better! We arrived early and saw a lot of birdlife and a couple gators, fish, and turtles. All in all, a great trip and we will be back for more! Thanks Gina!"
"Our group was comprised of four families that wanted to spend time together and observe social distance. Wekiva Outfitters offered each family the correct combination of tandem and single kayaks to keep everyone separated by family group. Moreover, the Wekiva Outfitter representative was on-time, prepared, and courteous to assist us without compromising our 6 foot of social distance. The kayaks, paddles, and life jackets were dry and clean. The let-in spot at Wilson's Landing was uncrowded and the river was peaceful. We only saw one boat the entire time we were out. Conversely, we saw lots of wildlife. It was a great time! Thanks Wekiva Outfitters."
