"Roatan Charter is a diligent, detailed, and responsive travel agency! Our dive shop has used several dive coordinators and travel agencies over the 11 years we have been running group dive trips. We run 8-10 trips annually with approximately 15-30 divers per trip. When we found Roatan Charter about 6 years ago, we were immediately impressed with their personal touch and ability to keep trip deadlines and deposits in order to help manage our group dive travel and financial risk. Recently, they were rockstars when the Covid outbreak affected travel while a group was in Palau. They were quick to communicate anything that would affect our travelers and acted immediately to route us back to the States when factors required us to return.
