"After being recommended to us by another individual, and we called ahead to make an appointment..., the individual who answered on the other end was rude and nasty. Miscommunication is absolutely what happened, yet the astounding fact is how the individual handled the situation. Would of loved to have taken my autistic granddaughter to see them, but I would not want her around the person who answered the phone. So it's a no go for us."
"I brought both of my senior horses there for what was to be 2 months and after 17 days had to take them to the Vet. One horse who is 22 got poked in her eye and now can only partially see, the other horse, 25, had a huge gash in his hind leg that no one even noticed. They started in outside stalls and I had wanted them inside and was told they would be moved, they were never moved. The price is high not to get the quality care you think you are paying for. No one should leave their horses to board here!"
