"There doesn't seem to be a way to check what each Magnolia has on display. I wanted a demo of a 15 inch Klipsch subwoofer vs a comparable SVS model. I was upgrading to a 7.2.4 Dolby Atmos home theater surround sound system. I visited three Magnolias: 1. West Palm's Magnolia store - they told me to visit the PGA Blvd Magnolia to see Klipsch; while I was there I asked the associate to demo a Denon AVR with some speakers but he couldn't figure out how to work the system to get anything to play. 2. PGA Magnolia: They didn't have Klipsch, and suggested I look back at the first West Palm store. The associate told me he didn't know where I could find it or how he could look it up. 3. Best Buy near Sawgrass Mall - I was ignored, so I eventually left. Is this what the "premium" Magnolia experience is supposed to be?"
"The worst service - lack of knowledge of equipment sold. Overpriced. Worst salesperson is Kirk Hammond. High pressure sales, they work on commission, so they push equipment you Don't need & they Don't know how to properly set up equipment. These are poorly trained sales people - they resemble used car salesmen. Beware of these sharks. Carmen Nones Boca Raton, Fla."
