I went in their to get a cover bag for a gift and this terrible lady by the handbag area wouldn’t give me a literal 2 cent plastic bag. I have bought watches and expensive things here before. I am never coming back here again the employees are terrible and rude."

"Incredibly anchor department store in one of the classiest and comfortable masks I've ever been to. The Macy's department store is packed with multiple levels of shopping. They even have a local Backstage where I found really discounted T-shirts and name brand expensive undies at very discounted prices. Be sure to remember the entrance your arriving at and parking at. There are many different areas to park at and also located on different levels. They have a great furniture store that reminded me of years ago and are going to the best of the best of stores in New York and Chicago. The Macy's is very spacious and seems to cater well to everyone. The last time I visited here was about 4 years ago. Things have shrieky improved and cheers to Macy's! Don't miss this store,"

"We were just walking through and the store seemed well stocked, but the escalator has been out for about a week. There is an elevator if you're into hiking to find it. It's hidden away so the masses don't know about it. Since Its Petites selection is so small, I hardly shop that much anymore. I have seen there are now petites+!"

"The Garden Mall seems to be quiet today, Macy’s as well. Maybe due to the bad weather in this location! The price at Macy’s is good but if you try to find out you can get some discounts."
