"I normally have a good experience at Publix but this time at the deli Valeria did not provide good customer service. I stood waiting to be helped for a couple of minutes before someone had to tell her she should help me. I asked for a Bufallo style sub, and she asked if I wanted some things as if I had ordered this kind of sub many times before. And the sub was a bit of a mess. Overall this was not a good experience."
