"Clowns... brought phone in via tmobile to fix a cracked screen. Went to pick up, immediately over heated at atore. They said no problem we can fix this, now they keep kicking phone over to tech support outside of country."

"Save your money and Google “computer repair”. Find anyone else. You will walk in with a problem and either leave with the same problem or a worse problem and a minimum of $200 spent for nothing."

"I had previously taken my computer to a different location where they could just not figure out what was wrong with it - 3 weeks and $200 later, the computer still had issues. I took my computer here and within a week they found the problem and suggested solutions (they didn't replace anything without my approval which I really appreciated). Josh was super on top of giving me frequent calls to keep me updated, which was also great. I visited several times during the service and I found that all the employees were friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. I'm surprised the reviews are mixed, I had a great experience and would easily come again."

"Kind, hard working lady in front, but the technicians messed up my iphone and charged me $50 even though I had apple care. Went to the apple store to fix it again and their jaw dropped at the failures the phone had."

"When my iPhone 11 shutdown and failed to turn back on I was at a lost as to how to fix it. I had just bought the phone brand new three weeks earlier. The Apple Stores were all closed due to the Pandemic and all Apple services were routed to Geek Squad. When I arrived to Best Buy in PBG, FL, without an appointment, I was told the next available appointment was in two weeks. I became frantic at the thought of not having a working phone for two weeks! Winston, the Geek Squad associate, took pity on me and immediately helped to restore the operation of my phone. After an hour Winston was able to fix the glitch and restore my phone to working order. Winston was very kind and empathetic to my situation as well as professional and knowledgeable in his service. Geek Squad is lucky to have such an awesome employee in their service!"
