"If I could give zero stars I would. I am very disappointed with this company. I was happy with my technician the first time and signed up for their program paying annually for maintenance every 6 months. It took 3 months to get an appointment only for them to no show me twice. I called them at the end of the 4 hour window and they said oh they can’t get a tech out today…. I had to call them to find that out….Finally they show on the third reschedule (at the end of the provided window if not past it) and offer me nothing in return for being home for two 4 hour windows. I shouldn’t have even let them reschedule. Then I stupidly gave them another shot and booked another maintenance with them (couldn’t get an appointment for 3 months) then the day before they call me to tell me they have more important matters and need to push my appointment back another 2 months. I told them to just cancel it because I bet money they would have no showed or cancelled that one as well. Now my AC has not been serviced in a year and I am taking my business elsewhere. The lack of professionalism is absurd. Do not work with these people. They do not care about their consistent loyal clients. This is not how to do business."

"I had a new Ac unit installed back in Nov of 2021. At the time they were going through a merger with paradise air and performance ac. I bought an extended ac service contract as well. So far this year they have canceled 2 times pushing out a total of 5 months… the the time they get out here it won’t even be summer anymore. On top of that they say they can’t even find the records due to the system change. This company basically stole my money for the service contract and are saying to bad so sad. I called them to talk to a manager and they stonewalled me saying they will send an email. I don’t ever plan to hear anything back from them. I wouldn’t trust a company that doesn’t stand by their word or attempt to make things right. Also notice how many people are pointing out issues due to the merger."

"Second one star review due continued lack of quality from this business. We purchased a new AC and air handler from this company just a few years ago. We have spent half the cost of the original unit for under warranty repairs. They send multiple techs who come whenever they please despite the business having given us a time window to expect them. They can't fix the problem or only fix it temporarily and it breaks again weeks later. We were told management would be contacting us to discuss but they never did."

"Paradise Air Customer Care Specialist John Walsh went above and beyond to help my wife and I select and schedule the installation of a replacement packaged-system heat pump for our home. I mean to say that he ochestrated everything, talking with suppliers, couriers and install teams to bring about the job process. I listened while he juggled everything neatly into place and I was impressed! The next day, Nick and Darren from Paradise Air did a thoroughly competent job of replacing my worn-out 3 ton packaged unit with the new and very efficient American Standard model. As with most packaged units, extra care must be taken with the installation process to make sure the unit functions correctly and will be durable - those two did everything properly and well! Afterwards, they cleaned up extremely well, even picking up small pieces of wire. I have been mistreated and cheated by many companies before finding this one! Paradise Air has certainly made a friend for life and I have no qualms about recommending them!"
