"E P Remodeling did a fantastic remodel of my master bathroom. (Edited) Unfortunately I have to edit this review a year later. We brought them back less than a year later to do our 2nd bathroom. They lost their main tile guy, he left the company and his replacement did a very poor job. They rushed the job - tried to get it all done before Xmas although we had no time constraints. They self imposed a rush schedule and then did shabby work. Our original review was 5 stars, we have reduced to 4 stars based on our most recent experience. We had to call them back several times to fix everything. In the end it worked out, but we still have issues with the plumbing in both bathrooms, so I would be cautious. Make sure you approve measurements & design work and BEFORE they begin the project and keep an eye on the quality as you go through the project. The old tile guy was fantastic, our first project went well, this 2nd one with the change in workmen - was problematic. They did make good on the issues and they came back to fix everything - so they are honorable - we would recommend."

"EP was a sub- contractor for Rafael Inc. The only member of the team who did excellent tile work was Pavlin. He was very dependable and reliable. (I understand that he no longer works for them.) Other than that, we don't have anything to say positive about this group. The painter was awful, the group didn't show up on time and weeks would pass before they did. Rafael, Inc. ,didn't seem to have control of when and where they were. It took 13 months to finish a 13 x 13' bathroom. Don't recommend."

"If you want a professional tile project done then you should contact these guys. They don’t cut any corners! They installed a beautiful polished tile in our master suite and properly prepared the concrete floor to ensure a long lasting, quality job. They began the project on the day agreed upon, were punctual, polite, friendly and professional. We highly recommend E P Remodeling."

"We have used them multiple times and continue to use them because they do fantastic work and are very reasonable. They did all the tile flooring in our house, a complete fireplace front, tile repair and grout repair. Their attention to detail is amazing and we couldn't be happier. We plan on having them back to finish more as we get further in our remodel. I'm so thankful we found them!"

"We are changing our original 3 star review after the Team saw that we weren't fully satisfied. They insisted upon returning and fixing the areas that were not perfect. Very impressed at the customer service, they really mean it. We had been working with another company (Smarter Remodeling) who could care less about customer satisfaction. E P remodeling means what they say and deliver outstanding quality. If you're not satisfied they will return after the check is cashed. Impressive."
