"If I could do 0 stars I would. My mom and I had a horrible experience at the durbin Home Depot. My mom is redoing her primary bathroom and received a quote on cabinets 2/11. Her quote was good until today 2/19. We went back in to discuss with the woman who had helped her that we needed to make a change. She was helping another person in the appliance department. Her coworker told us she was not to be doing that but that’s okay. We were willing to wait since she helped us before. We waited 35 minutes. Once it was finally our turn, she told my mom she was not going to help us, we should’ve made an appointment and had to go to lunch. She did not offer an apology, nor offer to schedule an appointment when she was back from lunch. She was extremely rude to my mom. We went to customer service and she stopped us while speaking with the manager to let him know that she just had to leave because she was really hungry. It baffled my mom and I more that she even interrupted our conversation with the manager. The manager did not say one word about the entire incidence. My mom is about to spend over $10k on cabinets so it would be nice to have someone treat us with decency at the very least. We will not be back to Home Depot for cabinets unfortunately. *note: we did get cabinets from Home Depot 4 years ago for the kitchen - Tom Pitts was working in cabinets at the time and he was WONDERFUL. Very disappointing changes to this durbin location."

"I’ve shopped here before and never had an issue until this evening 1/13/24. (Check out time 7:51 PM) So I finished grabbing my 4 items and go to the self checkout registers. Patrons were standing between the two registers, so I asked the young lady of Middle Eastern/Arab descent with glasses if they are open. She says nothing grabs the register wand, and proceeds to scan my items putting them in a cart that was not mine. I finished paying, and grab my items from the cart that isn’t mine then she has the nerve to ask me if I scanned all of my items. Mind you that I had to remind her to scan the bucket I had as well. I held my tongue, but I was thoroughly disappointed and how she treated me. We have to do better people."

"Typically, don’t leave reviews, unless the service or product is exception or very poor. Unfortunately, the latter applies for HD associate, Stan in plumbing. Intended to purchase a 30” faucet supply line. Two other associates from other areas scanned the UPC code and indicated the supply lines were in inventory. Called for customer assistance in plumbing. After lengthy wait, Stan shows up with lousy disposition. He proceeds to scan code, acknowledges inventory, but with minimal effort to find the product, says the inventory is wrong and therefore unavailable. IMO, too lazy to get a ladder and look. IF product was indeed in inventory, HD loses a sale, along with my future plumbing business."

"I can usually find everything I need here and if it doesn't work out they have easy no hassle returns. I got my carpet installed through them also and they have a great selection and the installation crew was very good. Hopefully they can help me when I am ready to replace my kitchen counter tops!"
