"David is the best handyman around. Any time someone in our family can’t assemble, install, etc. something in our houses we automatically say, “We’re gonna have to call David.” He’s done so much work for us and is always so kind in the process. We’re very happy we found him!"

"David is an honest, hard working talented person. He never stopped moving and I didn’t see him waste a minute. He was very neat in his work and was very conscientious about not disturbing the areas of the house he wasn’t working on. David helped me make decisions on priority of projects and many suggestions of how to solve house repairs that made his work even less expensive. He treated me with the same care he would a family member and was truly a pleasure to have in the house. I am extremely picky and have sometime ridiculous standards of work. He exceeded all my expectations and requirements. And I trust him to even be in my home if I wasn’t there. He is a good person who is truly hustling to make a living! There is everything to respect about David, his work product, his work ethic, and his care in your home. These are rave reviews because it’s deserved. Honestly I have not found anyone in the 10 years. I’ve been in Florida that works as well and as diligently as David. Don’t hesitate. Hire him he is worth the money."

"I highly recommend David. He is prompt with returning phone calls and texts, he shows up on time, and he works hard. We recently moved into a new home in St. Augustine, and I needed help hanging a heavy mirror and some other projects that were beyond my "handywoman" skills. (I am not too bad - I can change a korky flapper and hang a picture. But David is much better). ;-) David is a hard worker, did a great job with my projects, and is a very nice person. It was a pleasure working with him and having him in my home."

"The Saint John’s Handyman does all types of construction, home improvements and updates. Today David installed light dimmers in several rooms for us. Nice guy, easy to have around, and does great work! We will be hiring him again soon! Very reasonable pricing as well!"
