"Rude employees who wouldn’t help! We have a new build and everyone in our community has been going here to get touch up paint and they’ve given their address to look up the paint used. It’s common practice, this dude doesn’t want to even attempt and wants me to bring a piece of the drywall. Are we really in 2024?"

"Stood at the counter with 3 employees in front of me. 2 continued their conversation with each other the 3rd walked away. No one spoke to us. We stood there a few minutes and I finally said loudly to my husband that we should go to another store where we we not invisible. Then, and only then did anyone acknowledge us and offer to help us. I have never experienced this type of service at any other Sherwin Williams store, just this one. It was the same poor service I received 4 years ago. Unacceptable."
"Very nice store. Has everything you can ever need to get any renovations or projects done in the house. My favorite is the collection of wallpapers they offer. You can get lost in the endless amount of excellent designs, that what happened to me!"
