"We had two 8 foot sliding doors replaced with impact doors in our Key Largo townhouse. Chris showed up quickly, gave us a quote and ordered the windows. it took about eight weeks which is no surprise and they completed the installation today. the crew was extremely experienced. The one gentleman had been with Pino for the last 26 years. The guys did a great job, they made a special effort to fully clean up the worksite before they left . I highly recommend this local company."

"Sadly I have been attempting to reach out to this company because they had done work at a property I purchased last year in Key Largo and after a week of trying to call them to let them know that water is coming in through a window I still haven't spoken to a single person. It's my understanding that the window is still under warranty from when it was installed originally."

"We waited almost a year from placing the order and making the initial deposit to installation. When the windows were finally installed there was one broken pane. I held back money until the window was fixed. We thought it was never going to be fixed as we never heard from them for months afterwards. When they did show up it was during hurricane Ian. We chose to wait a little longer. Once it was finally fixed I got a call the next day for payment. I delayed the final payment and they sent a letter saying they would put a lien on the house. They are quick when it comes to collecting payment but not so much when it comes to customer service. I would not recommend them. They just don't care once they have your deposit. I wanted to use a local company. I am sorry I did."

Today Michael, Raul and Antonio installed all my hurricane impact windows and I am so pleased. They were fast,friendly, so very thoughtful about cleaning up and the install was perfect. "I chose Pino Windows when remodeling, as they were very professional and informative during my selection process, and had a competitive price. They were easy to communicate with, and never missed an appointment or call (which unfortunately isn’t always the case down here in the Keys).
