"Just over a year ago, I bought a new, three-ton unit from Homestead Air, spending over $5,000. When they installed the unit, they left behind a hole in the back of our trailer and didn't tell us about it. We called them to come back and fix the hole, which they did. At no time were we told that we would have to pay for this repair. I saw it as them fixing a mistake that they made. I never received a bill, but when I just called for service (my thermostat is failing), I was told that I had an outstanding balance for the repair! This is all very unprofessional."
