"Called them to fix a running toilet. They arrived our of the blue without notification randomly, left our bathroom a complete mess, broke our water shut off and left saying we should get it checked out without telling us the full story. When realized we had no water pressure anywhere in the house, I called them and requested they come fix the problem which they refused to do unless we paid them $300. Both people that came to the house were fairly incapable of communication."
