"I used to own a HVAC company 30 years ago and it takes a lot to impress me but technician Brandon and the office staff impressed me beyond belief and have gone out of their way to take care of me even before hurricane Ian. After the hurricane I was able to get power restored on a Sunday morning at 9am. I called Sunset and within 4 hours they had Brandon out here to get both of my units restored. I’m so impressed that now that my construction is winding down 4 months later I’m having them replace the 12 year old salt water submerged units knowing that they it’s a matter of time before they rust out!"

"Our previous HVAC company who had been out for service 2 times over the past 3 months with the same issues but always claims it's now something else. After spending almost $400 the first call, then came up with it was going to be over $1,000. , I told him I was going to get a second opinion. My neighbor gave me the number to Sunset Air and they came out the next morning. Evidently the problem was not what the previous had said, and actually very minor. He fixed it immediately and it's been fine since. We also signed up for their maintenance program as well, being we won't be using our previous company. Gaige was very professional, explained everything well, and was finished in a little over an hour."
