Island Condo Maintenance

"We started using ICM after Hurrican, Ian 2022 damn him. Surprisingly our pool people of 8 years decided to focus on another area not hit by the hurricane. Our neighbors were very happy with ICM so we gave them a call, happy we did. Suki is amazing… She gives great customer service is always available and very knowledgeable we are quite please with the service she has given us. Jody, great customer service as well. We made changes to our account regarding billing they handled it right away. We needed some additional service they came out right away. We are extremely happy with the service they have provided. Great customer service is hard to come by these days Suki and Jody are keepers. Great job ladies. Keep up the excellent service!!! The Christensen’s"

"I was reversing my pickup in to my home and I inadvertently blocked one of this company's drivers from getting by. He had decided that I did it on purpose (I had to back up the pickup to dump something) Well he was personally slighted by that and got out of his company marked truck and cursed me telling me to "respect him" I told him to sod off and he proceeded to stand there and curse me out. He then repeatedly passed the house in his company pickup intimidating me and my family. I called the comany to complain and they seemed apathetic to the whole thing saying "yeah that sounds like ___ who you are talking about". They seemed apathetic to the whole incident and honestly. I would not want anyone that unhinged anywhere near my children."

"Needed to have pool water checked recently as we have to maintain pool at our seasonal rental, easy to work with just walk in water sample and they tell you what you need to do. Picked up jerry cans of chlorine, take a plastic bag to protect car. Close to east end of island. Bought vac head and hose to keep pool clean, use once a month likely as prior service bailed."

"I cannot recommend Island Condo highly enough. They have always responded very quickly (as within minutes or a couple of hours) for my occasional needs for help. There is definitely an advantage to using an on island pool service! From those who answer the phone and emails, to the individual who services my pool weekly, they could not be more pleasant nor helpful. They were very helpful following Hurricane Irma which trashed my pool with debris. I have been with this company since 2006; the current owners took over a few years ago, and have made every effort to maintain the highest of standards."
