"Don't go to this establishment. They took an iPad in for repairs two months ago and we picked it up after a screen repair only to get it home and it didn't work. We brought it back and now they refuse to return it. The employee got in an uproar swearing at us, name calling, pounding the table and told us to get out. Needless to say we didn't get it back and are out 200.00 and of course the iPad."
"I needed my phone's screen replaced ASAP. Called them and the woman we spoke with over the phone was absolutely wonderful. She went out of her way to check on different options to help us out. Ended up going into the store after getting off the phone with 30 minutes until closing. Super friendly and accommodating. Willing to stay late just so that my phone was fixed. Efficient work, very satisfied walking out the door! If my family ever has a repair need in the future we will 100% be visiting this store and will be recommending to all who ask!"
"They did an awesome job repairing it but there were a few issues. 1. you can make an appointment online for your specific phone but that does not mean they have the part. 2. I had to come in the next day but that was a day earlier than they told me so that was awesome. 3. The girl that checked me in made me feel like a criminal that had stolen my phone, Very rude and unfriendly. So end result awesome. Process terrible! Guy at the start and other guy at the end awesome. Just my perspective,"
