"Brian was great to accommodate me despite a late call. He made room in his schedule and came out to see my RV at a friends home when I was visiting Venice. I though I needed a new starter motor but his diagnostic was that it didn't need to be replaced, so he didn't replace it, and in instead walked me through what I need to do if it gave trouble again. After his home visit and diagnosis, he didn't want to charge me either - we need more good people like Brian."
