"Overall my experience was very positive. I dropped my phone off and was able to pick it up within a matter of hours. The only negative part of my experience was that the first screen that was used as a replacement was defective, so I had to go back the next day and have the team repair my phone again. Luckily, this was covered and I wasn't out another chunk of change. The team was very understanding and helpful and professional. I hope I don't have to go back, but I do know where to go if I do have phone issues."

"Do NOT go here! I was charged $160 to fix the hinge on my laptop. I didn't notice it until I got home and my husband saw there was still a crack at the hinge compared to the other side. I took it back and was told the part was bent and use some double-sided tape. For $160.??? I got screwed. Don't let this happen to you. P.S. I mistakenly wrote a favorable review yesterday. I take that back!"
