"Under staffed at the Geek squad today only two people staffed for a Friday after 5pm. Rommie went above and beyond to try to get everyone taken care of quickly. Management needs to help these folks out when they don’t have ample staff. Thank you Rommie for the help to get me iut quickly."

"BE AWARE of open box phones. Was looking for a Samsung Flip 4 and after searching for a few days, one popped up here in South Sarasota. It was an hour and 15 minutes drive from me but I thought it was worth it, only to find out it was a WASTE of TIME and GAS. The pickup was great. The phone was locked to the previous owner through a Google account. It had 2 previous stickers and mine was the 3rd. I thought something was wrong but being Best Buy and not a private seller what could go wrong? I thought of testing it there but the battery was drained. Took a while to charge. Looks like it keeps on getting return because is UNUSABLE!!!! Called the store and was told to go to a near one which was in Brandon. Here I spoke to the Geek Squad and they said there is nothing they can do and just get a refund. Went to the cashier to get a refund and begged her not to sell this phone again as looks like it keeps on getting return for the same reason. She laughs and said there is nothing she can do. Feel bad for whoever is going to buy this phone next. In all this, not even one apology or a sorry for wasting my time! I am so disappointed. PLEASE BE AWARE NEXT TIME YOU BUY A OPEN CASE PHONE FROM THESE PEOPLE."

"I went to have my TV fixed. However, I was told they couldn't fix my 42 inch Vizio TV as it was not purchased at Best Buy. This is not advertised on the website nor when you call to arrange an appointment. I took my TV to the store for nothing."

"I went in this morning to the geek squad with two laptops that were not working. Damian was great diagnosing the problem turns out one is on life support the other is dead. David made finding me a new laptop fun. He was very personable, informative and witty."
