"This is the most shadiest trickster I have come across he tried to charge me a service fee of $150 dollars just for looking at my TV and said it would take about 2 weeks to get to and that the price would range between $250-375 dollars I could not believe this guy was asking for this price with a straight face I do not recommend U come to this business you will be robbed blind and the owner is very rude EVERYONE DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN HE WILL UP CHARGE U AND HAVE A STRAIGHT FACE WHEN HE IS DOING IT I WILL BE REPORTING THIS BUISNESS TO THE BETTER BUISNESS BUREAU THIS GUY IS A CROOK!!!!"

"I shipped my Bose Wave to this company for repair. I got my item back damaged housing cracked, loose screws, and the cover will not stay on total cost to me $140. I reached out to Youness Faiz he blamed the USPS this could have been avoided if he packaged my item correctly before shipping it out to me. FUTURE CUSTOMERS BEWARE."
"My washing machine was not starting due to a bad switch/button. I would have to push it almost 20 times before it would start. We removed the electronic board and saw that the start button was bad. I brought the board to SOS Fix. The gentleman told me he could have it repaired in an hour. A new button was soldered onto the board. I brought it home and put everything back together. Now it starts with one gentle push! If you have problems with electronics, please stop at SOS Fix! You will be glad you did and it will save you a lot of money!"
