"We had Patrick's install our new air conditioner a few years ago. We keep up with the 6 month maintenance to make sure it's in good working order. Every service person that we have had out were the nicest and very knowledgeable men! Today Tom was our service man, what a pleasant man! He checked out our unit , explained a couple of things to us and was on his way. I have nothing bad to say about this company nor its employees."
"Called Patrick’s due to hot water heater only providing 5 minutes worth of hot water. The plumber concluded the bottom heating element was bad and replaced it. The hot water was now lasting for 7 minutes. The plumber came back out a 2nd time and this time concluded the tank was full of sediment and said they couldn’t do anything about it. They didn’t have a snake camera so they couldn’t look inside the tank and didn’t offer vacuuming out the sediment. They came back out a 3rd time and this time replaced the top heating element. The hot water is still only lasting for 7 minutes but this time they didn’t screw the top heating element in all the way which caused it to start leaking shortly after they left. I am pretty sure there was nothing wrong with either of the heating elements. I am out 396.00 for a repair that didn’t fix anything, I had to fix the incorrectly installed heating element to stop the leaking. I would not recommend them for any pluming service even something as simple as a hot water heater."

Dan and Andrew did an excellent job with recommending the proper unit for our place, and Jarvis, Paul, Jose and Terrell did an outstanding job with installing everything and answering all of our questions. All of them were very kind, helpful, and professional. Great job to the team and thanks very much!"
"Shayne B and Tony K did an excellent job. The original job turned into a larger job. They diagnosed what needed what needed to be done gave me a cost estimate which t thought was fair. A tough job was completed on time. They also took time to explain the new system. I would highly recommend them."
