"Hi, George Donaldson did an excellent job of designing the required heat pump equipment for my house and lanai..He patiently went through the design and painted a good picture of what the install would look like.He showed up at the time of install to answer any questions the installers had. I spent 35 years in the customer service arena and I'll tell you George represents his company well. Seth and Cameron installed the main house heat pump. Very professional and an excellent install. Blown away at how neat the install turned out both inside and outside the house. Kris and Drew installed the mini split on the lanai. Again, very professional and an excellent install both inside and outside the house. It made me smile to see these young men perform. You have a satisfied customer in me and will happly refer you to my neighbors."

"The technician, Carlos, called to see if he could come early which was great. Carlos provided an overview of what tasks he was to perform. He explained each step and provided feedback once completed. Carlos did a very thorough annual maintenance check and will certainly will use Sun Cool in the future."

"Sun Kool is the best! I have been having issues with The Villages Builders and Warranty Department regarding water drainage in my side yard. My first air conditioner cement pad sunk into the ground, Sun Kool came and placed another pad on top of the old to lift my air conditioner off the ground. Then, I finally got the builder to come back and re-grade my side yard. Well, guess what? They regraded it so that the second pad was now underground! They told me it was fine! I asked Sun Kool to come and take a look at the situation and advise me what to do. They agreed that the air conditioner could not sit on the ground like that. Although they did not expect that neither the Warranty Department nor the builder would pay them, they put a third pad over the second to lift my air conditioner 3 inches off the ground, like it should be. They did it for me, the customer! They did it for good customer service. I highly recommend them for all your air conditioning needs. Thank you, Sun Kool."
