"AAA sent them my dispatch at 12:45am and it is now 6:38am and they STILL haven’t made it out to me. Ive called all 3 numbers on their website and none of them work. AAA has tried to contact them and they cancel the call. So much for 24 hour service. I’m 3 hours into a 40 hour drive and Ive been stuck waiting on this company for 6 hours. Gotta love it."

"Our van broke down 3 hours into our 8 hour trip on 75 in Florida at 10:45 am. We called AAA. AAA covered our van but not the camper we were towing. Procar towed our 14 ft Aliner camper 6 miles from the breakdown to Wildwood RV Village campground off the same exit the repair shop was 4 miles down the road at 707 S main street. The driver charged us $480.00. We where told 450.00 for up to 25 miles for the costs of towing the camper. It started with his location call, what mile marker are you at? are you past this lake? Did you pass a love's gas station. I told him what the next exit was headed north above us on my phone maps. I told him the name of the road. I told him I could send him a screenshot on maps of where we were. Nope, he said that was no help to him. He only wanted me to answer his questions. All my replies were "I don't know". There was not a mile marker within sight. We have passed a lot of lakes and I haven't been looking at gas stations. You could tell by the sound of his voice is was getting upset. A few seconds later he spotted us. I was shocked by his roadside behavior. He was giving truck drivers passing by on the interstate the finger for not getting over while he was loading the van onto his truck. We were in the emergency lane and more than halfway in the grass. He put out 1 cone. My husband is 72 years old with a history of open heart surgery and we were broke down in the heat for 2 1/2 hours before he arrived. The driver did not offer to let us in his truck to cool off. My husband had to assist him with unhitching the camper from the van and hitching the camper to his truck. He had no room for us in his truck, we had to sit on all his stuff. He said after we were allowed in his truck that the outside temperature reading was 103! He did not take us to where AAA said or where the lady we spoke with from Procar said. He was upset I could not find a campground close enough to where he decided to take us. He said he could not tow the camper to a repair shop. How could I find a campground? I had no idea where he was taking us. Finally he said Wildwood. I'm a retired cardiac nurse, I have given chest compressions and shocked people back to life, this man had me in tears! I hope and pray I never cross this man's path again. He is not the type of man someone in need of help needs to be exposed to."

"My rental car wouldn't start after I stopped at McDonald's for breakfast. I called three places. One place did not jump cars, the other said it could be up to four hours before they could get there and ProCar towing said they could be there in 15 minutes. He arrived on time and quickly got my car started. He called the parts store down the road to make sure they had the battery I needed and gave me directions to go pick it up. He was great!! I highly recommend ProCar towing."
