"Wanted to share what a wonderful experience I had with the company DeSantis and their employees . I called five minutes before closing time. Spoke to a wonderful lady. She set up the appointment for the next day for Kelly to come out and check out my refrigerator. He was prompt, polite, courteous explained what was going on with my refrigerator, they had to order the part. Kelly told me that Jeremy would be in contact with me the next day. Jeremy called me the next day advised me what the cost of my part would be and to get the ok to order it . Once he got the ok he told me that my part would be in on the next business day .. when the part came in, Jeremy called me and set up the time for Kelly to come back out and replace the part. Kelly arrived within the timeframe and replace the part. If you want reliable service, give them a call. Couldn’t ask for a better company to work with. "Just had my stove repaired by Kelly. He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and friendly!! He was very thorough at checking all parts of my stove. He showed me what to clean to keep my stove working properly, and also explained why parts were not working and had the proper replacement in his truck!!! A truly great experience.
