"I would like the general manager of this location to contact me about my experience at this location today. When this location first opened I had a good experience here every one was nice and friendly. I use this location a lot for my business. But after I walked in today the manager who a employee said her name was Melissa was rude to me . After my conversation with the manager I asked the employee what was the manager name he refused to give me the mangers name he said that he could not give me her name which is weird because I feel like all employees should give the name of the manager on dutyhad to go the the cashier at the front to even get a name to address this matter. I will be waiting for a response."

"My first visit here today was positive. Store was nicely stocked with good, useful everyday items. I had to use the restroom and it was very clean. I liked the self checkout, but wish I could have used cash. I will return here soon!"

"The close at 9pm on Saturdays. Apparently today they closed 10 min early. I really needed a few things and they didn't let me in, even though they don't close till 9pm. I came at 8:50 and they wouldn't let me in. Highly upset about this bcz the younger employees don't close early. It's the old ppl in the building who get "tired" and wanna close. Extremely frustrated about this. Don't recommend coming here."

"If I could, I would rate negative 10, the employee (jan) was so rude and disrespectful, threatened to hit me and fussed at me. The manager who should’ve handled the situation correctly took up for employee, calling me a liar. Then as I proceeded to ask for the camera footage which was above us, the manager lied and said it was no cameras, knowing she was lying. As my mom came in the manager looked at us through her office as we came to the front. She sat there and told my mom total lies. The lies the lies the lies. Neither should be working there because those skills showed where far from a leader."

"I was fairly close to checking out with a cashier in this Dollar Tree today when I see the, “self check out” option and elected to use it (my mistake). As I get halfway done checking out my five items the machine stops and asks for a management code. Neither of the two cashiers stops in between customers to help or even acknowledge my presence so I get back in line. As another customer attempts to use this machine and fails, the cashier chooses to check her out as she knowingly jumps in front me (shame on you lady, and be careful doing this as others may not be so forgiving) and walks to the register. I will never shop in this store again. Management, please do not allow customers to use these self checkout machines if there is no one to assist as needed. The cashiers were knowingly rude, their service was horrible, and neither thanked me as I checked out or left the store."
