"I want to start by saying the technician was pleasant and no issues with him personally. However, three hours outside of the time frame and I understand that things can come up out of your control which I have zero issue with my only complaint was that there was zero communication and then when he finally called and said he would be there in 30 minutes it was still a whole other hour. As for the parts Sears service wanted to charge $91 for each suspension rod plus $269 for labor and I found a four pack of rods on Amazon for 50 bucks."
"The work is done right. Have used before to my satisfaction. Danny is really nice and knows his stuff. Un fortunately, this time the wrong part was sent and he was unable to complete repair. Not his fault and I would still use use them."
