"Girls weekend : We stayed three nights during MLK weekend and we had a fabulous time at The Fairbanks House! Amazing staff, delicious breakfast, social hour and plenty of relaxing areas to enjoy. Fantastic location to walk, bike and explore the downtown area. Go have fun in town then a easy stroll back to a beautiful, quiet B&B. They provided bikes. Staff took extra steps to make sure we were comfortable, and got to know what we liked to eat/drink. The daily fresh baked cookies were greatly appreciated. We highly recommend the Fairbanks House! Miss it already!"
"My wife and I enjoyed a long weekend get-away at the Fairbanks House. We chose the Fairbanks because of the reviews and it's location to downtown, which was an easy walk. As noted in other reviews and owners and staff are wonderful and very helpful. The evening socials are a great time to meet other people. The breakfast was wonderful every morning. "This is a real B&B! Excellent rooms. We stayed in the old school house cottage. Quaint room with king bed, living room, small kitchenette. Rob and his family are the owners. They and their staff provide outstanding customer service. You must participate in sweet or savory breakfast daily! In addition a lovely happy hour with appetizers. The food is amazing! The other guests we met were fun to interact with. We will definitely return. :) plus you are within walking distance of the old downtown. Also let then know if you are celebrating a special occasion, we met several couples that were celebrating anniversaries."
