"This is the 3 rd time we have rented Unit A 103 which is always impeccably clean. Owners are so easy to work with and responsive. First floor is steps from the pool and beach and the views sitting on the front porch incredible. Washer and dryer in the unit is such a plus. Clay tennis courts and having The Ritz Carlton a block away is very nice. Paths all around Fernandina Beach for walking, running and biking are so awesome and not crowded. Beautiful private beach is never crowded and we will come back here every year. If you rent this unit you will not be disappointed !"
