"I have been here for a bit and it is lovely! Beautiful views, gorgeous pool with spa and separate lap pool, tennis/pickle all courts, new gym and clubhouse loaded with specialty coffee, pool, corn hole, card tables, big TV and video games. Kitchen looks like it's ready. Bathrooms and showers plentiful and clean. Awesome dog park. Best of all everyone is from all over so it's a wonderful place to stay! Check it out. On the border of Punta Gorda on Burnt Store Rd so very secluded with trails and nature preserves all around. Fishing galore from Burnt Store Marina up the road."

"We enjoyed our 2 night stay. We were on site 35 right across the street from the clubhouse and the water. Very nice spot/view. New and very well maintained property. Concrete pad for parking is very nice and level. Could hear road noise at night but not horrible. Once trees grow up by road they will block the noise. Lighted hookups are nice for arrivals after dark. Didn't take advantage of the pools or hot tub this visit. We will definitely be coming back."

"Spent the first two weeks of 2024 in this new RV resort. Currently there are approximately 150 sites open and another whopping 350 under construction. We faced the lake and were almost by ourselves. My guess is that there were less than 50 sites occupied. There is one road that surrounds the lake with sites on the lake and across the street, so it doesn't feel crowded at all. Everything is brand new, shower house, laundry facility, club house, pools and all very impressive. Weather could have cooperated a bit more and we experienced a pretty decent thunderstorm but that's how that goes. Finally, I have to mention Jim who works at the front desk during the week and security on the weekends. He was genuinely friendly and helpful and always a pleasure to talk to even if his is a Steeler's fan. Who Dey! ...Ken from Cincinnati."

"Resort is not ready for guests. Pool/clubhouse not open. Bathhouse has one private toilet and one toilet/shower handicap combo. Not nearly enough for this size resort (and I’m only talking about the sites that are open now)."

"This is a new RV park with 2 phases. 1st phase is completed. Some amenities are not available yet but will be soon. Park is beautiful. Check-in was easy."
