"AMAZING. been going here since I was a child and still continue to go. It's outdated but I still love it. Also security is gone and you can see a decline but I feel quite safe and the memories I have here are to good to not go back. It's very clean and lawn and pool areas are very maintained"
"Stay away. We have been coming here for over 25 years always a great place. The last 2 years new owners act like they run the whole place. Very rude to renters. Try to run it like a prison watch every person in the place. Don’t waste your money find a renter friendly place."
"I discovered this little gem when a friend invited me. That was 3 years ago and since then, I have rented condos many times. This area is perfect for those who do not wish to be in the traffic in the middle of the city. It is near the state park, away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to get to stores and restaurants. The lawn is perfectly maintained. The walk to the beach is short. Chairs and umbrellas are available to rent. The pool is heated in the winter. Every room has a view of the ocean. The rooms are always clean. The staff, Susan and Robert are so kind to work with."
"Great place to stay just don't bother to pay to rent chairs on the beach. We paid $240 to rent chairs for the week and ended up having to change chairs because the chair guy rented ours after we had paid for the week. They also allow people to set up umbrellas and canopies in front of the seats that you pay $30 a day to rent."
"Stayed with some family for a few days. Great place, clean condos, and was right on the beach. We'll definitely be going back."
