"We made a reservations, through air B&B, several weeks in advance, we were told that there would be construction at the pool area. We were assured there would be no noise. and that it would not affect our stay, only the use of the pool. We rented a waterfront condo on the tenth floor with a balcony. We drove six hours, when we entered there was sign stating, "Danger, Balcony Closed for Your Protection". When we contacted the agent she appeared to be unconcerned. She did not offer to help us find a new place, stating, "we don't have anything else available." It was clear she was trying to get us to take what we had. We canceled the reservation. We moved to a local hotel. I would not use them or recommend them to anyone else."
"I rented a wonderful property in Glendale Arizona for a family reunion. It was exceptional. We rent properties all over the world and this is THE BEST equipped home we have ever rented. It was clean, lovely, roomy, comfortable and well located. But, it really did have everything we need to cook etc. Even salt and pepper and a few coffee pods and sugar. Communication was excellent with the management company. This was a perfect experience. HIGHLY recommend. Thank you!"
