"I placed a pick up order so I wouldn’t have to wait in line. I showed up late to pick up and saw my sandwich was not on the pick up station. There was a long line so I figured they were super backed up. As I waited for 30 mins in line I didn’t see them make my sandwich. When it’s finally my turn I ask about my pick up order and they tell me it’s been ready just sitting behind the counter where I can’t get it. My sandwich sat there for an hour. It was cold and soggy and there was no reason for me to wait in line other than the fact they forgot to put it out on the pick up station. Very annoyed. They definitely wasted my time. 6/22"

"Very sweet and kind people, but they are never open their posted store hours and it's extremely frustrating and at this point comical. Here we have 5:30pm on Monday and no one in sight. The door says open till 7 but locked. Really tired of trying to come here for the better service only to have this happen. I understand staffing issues, but this has really gotten out of hand. It's been like this for the past at least 3 months."

"Girl working inside not worth wasting your breath on. Can’t believe someone so rude is able to keep their job. I work in a restaurant and may be in a bad mood but still have to put a smile on for guests. I’m not asking for a whole theatrical but she ruined my whole mood with hers. Walked in and smiled at her..nothing. She was short with everything she said like I was completely inconveniencing her until someone she knew walked in and was oh so friendly to them. Won’t come back to this subway."
